I'm starting to think that the only way I will consistently get my fat intake to be consistently high is to eat animal fat directly. Not sure I can do it though. Some weirdos on the carnivore diet eat raw frozen suet, raw beef trimmings, etc. I know this stuff is really good for you but I can't bring myself to do it. Makes me gag. Social conditioning, or are we not meant to eat that stuff? It's a lot easier to eat a fatty cheese like Cambozola or Cheddar, or cream cheese with Salmon. ## Exercise I'm still doing my Kettlebell shreds four times a week. Each session has five exercises of 20 seconds followed by 30 seconds rest. This is then repeated for a total of four rounds. Takes about 20 minutes and allows me to swing quite heavy now. Up to 32 kg and am already thinking of increasing. The change in strength is pretty rapid. --- ## Charts Since day 1. ![Charts](https://bico.media/857b147a5f7c8a019a35a8e26ace1a56790797ae7a43688dd8a49cc6058d5ffc.jpg) ![Charts](https://bico.media/35396b205df07ae4b9ee6935df794ccd7d46d7f55a1a7d653cce44047a90c6b8.jpg) ![Charts](https://bico.media/4af44a117c28801cc5eee5276aa0f9642d2ca1f48bdaf3f7e665da0fc9acdc4a.jpg) --- ## 31st October Still feeling rough from my cold, but able to work from home.
